The Job The HSE Advisor will provide support for all areas relating to health and safety across a variety of windfarm and substation projects throughout Scotland. Undertaking regular inspections and audits in keeping with an agreed programme on sites Scotland wide and reporting accordingly. Ensuring working practices are safe and comply with legislation. Investigating and reporting on incidents, dangerous occurrences, ill health and near misses. Providing advice, support, and assistance to the sites on all aspects of the Company s Business Management Systems. Continually promoting the health and safety ethos and positive culture at all levels in the Company and with sub-contractors. Oversee and manage day-to-day operations on construction sites. Ensure the project adheres to all engineering specifications, quality standards, and health & safety regulations.
