Position: Area Sales Manager Location: Covering North of UK (North, NW, Scotland & Ireland) Salary: £Negotiable depending on experience The Company: Adhesives/ Tapes Distributor My client are looking for an experienced field-based sales professional to take ownership of a large, high-potential territory, with a strong focus on new business development alongside existing account growth. The Role: • Drive revenue and margin growth across the territory • Develop new customer relationships across industrial and manufacturing markets • Manage and grow existing accounts, increasing share of wallet • Sell a portfolio of tapes, adhesives, and abrasives aligned to customer applications • Build strong relationships with buyers, engineers, and operations teams • Plan and manage your territory effectively, prioritising high-value opportunities • Maintain pipeline and activity through CRM • Represent the business professionally at customer sites and industry events Requirements: • Proven B2B field sales experience within industrial or manufacturing environments • Min 5 years experience within the industry • Strong background selling tapes, adhesives, or abrasives (essential) • Knowledge or experience of 3M products is highly desirable • Demonstrated success in winning new business and growing territories • Confident selling into technical, engineering-led customers • Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working independently • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel • Experience/ understanding of what it means to work in a ISO9001/ quality driven work environment.

Position: Production/Account Manager - Digital, Litho & Large Format Print Location: Surrey Salary: 35k - 40k (Negotiable Depending on Experience) The Company: Award winning Digital, Litho and Large Format Print Company who offer a comprehensive creative service for a wide and varied client base Providing a range of print services along with full branding solutions across a wide range of products Due to their focus on quality and service, the company have built an enviable reputation in the print industry Requirements: Production/Account manager to become an integral and pro-active member of the team Be responsible for issuing accurate instructions to the production team and recording transactions on their Management Information System Estimating Communicate with clients, but also with production and estimating departments to ensure core objectives are met You will be required to understand customer needs and support their current account base Balance workloads, prioritise tasks and react to ad-hoc changes Take ownership of projects, and proactively manage work in progress Clear communication is imperative in your management of accounts Good working knowledge and practical understanding of lithographic printing, digital printing, large format printing, finishing as well as general print production Be able to generate effective solutions and added value to both meet and exceed client needs and expectations

Position: Production Supervisor Location: Essex Salary: £17 per hour Hours: 38 hours per week (Mon Thurs 7:30am 4pm, Fri 6am 12pm) + overtime Company/ Sector: Packaging My client are seeking a hands-on, reliable team member to work under their Senior Production Supervisor in a busy cardboard and paper goods manufacturing environment. This role suits someone with engineering knowledge, strong problem-solving skills, and the willingness to get stuck in wherever issues arise on the production floor. The role supports production efficiency, quality control, and continuous improvement while maintaining safe working practices. The Role: • Support the Senior Production Supervisor in daily production operations. • Assist with basic machine maintenance, adjustments, and setup. • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve mechanical and process-related issues. • Help maintain production flow and output targets. • Monitor product quality throughout the manufacturing process. • Carry out quality checks to ensure products meet specifications and customer standards. • Identify defects, investigate root causes, and assist with corrective actions. • Support training and guidance of machine operators where required. • Ensure health & safety procedures and housekeeping standards are followed. • Record and report production issues, quality concerns, downtime, and improvements. Requirements: Technical / Engineering • Engineering knowledge with strong mechanical aptitude. • Confident using hand tools and basic workshop equipment. • Ability to follow technical instructions and drawings. • Willingness to learn production machinery and processes. Operational / Personal • Proactive and hands-on approach to problem solving. • Strong attention to detail, particularly regarding quality control. • Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced production environment. • Flexible and dependable. Desirable Skills (Not Essential) • Experience using welding equipment. • Experience operating lathes or other machining equipment. • Strong practical workshop skills. • Previous experience in manufacturing, engineering, or production environments. • Forklift license (advantageous but not required).
