Inside Sales Representative The Role: This is a predominantly office-based role, reporting to the Sales Director - Europe and working closely with Sales Account Managers and the Customer Care Team, in order to grow new and existing customers across Europe. Inside Sales Representative Key Responsibilities: - Responsible for the daily sales support & development of small and medium sized customers across EMEA - Develop plans to support the growth and maintain share of these accounts - Partner with the Account Managers to maintain business and grow share for large strategic customers - Seek answers internally to prevent and fix urgent and potential upcoming problems - Qualify new customer leads and share with the Account Managers with strong focus on solid pipeline generation - Assist the Global Marketing Manager by supporting our social media marketing promotion activities in Europe - Proactively calling customers and prospects to promote our 3 major Product Lines - Obtain enquiries, answer questions and have the Customer Care Team prepare, in a timely way, the requested quotations to win orders Inside Sales Representative You: - Degree Qualification (BS/ BA or equivalent) - Experience in telesales/lead generation, qualification and quantification - Commercial experience - Customer centric mind-set, focused on building and improving customer relationships - Proactive approach to identifying additional opportunities for growing new and existing small customers - Strong communication skills - Fluency in a second European language, preferably German or French is desirable Inside Sales Representative - Benefits: - 26 days annual holiday + Public Holidays - Defined Contribution Pension - Group Life Assurance - Group Income Protection - Free car parking There is no sponsorship on offer for this role.
