Being a strong team player is essential and they are looking for an individual who enjoys the dynamics of a small team environment. They are looking for a candidate with the following skills and experiences: Accounts/finance/book-keeping (ideally having used Sage) Strong written and verbal communication skills as there will be some correspondence with clients, suppliers and global colleagues Good IT skills (MS Office suite, databases, ERP systems) Previous B2B office administration skills Accomplished data entry skills good attention and a methodical and accurate worker A quick learner and somebody who is keen to learn and develop their skills Adaptable; understands the needs of a small business and small team will mean helping out in lots of different areas Reliable, personable and somebody who takes pride in their work There is an on-site canteen, free gym and additional benefits.
