Role Overview Trigon Recruitment is seeking an experienced, motivated Employment Specialist Team Leader to lead a high-performing Individual Placement and Support service across West London. Key Responsibilities Leadership, Coaching and IPS Fidelity Lead, motivate and develop a team of Employment Specialists to deliver a high-quality IPS service across West London. Embed the IPS model across all service activity, maintaining strong fidelity to evidence-based practice and contractual requirements. Provide regular supervision, 1:1s, appraisals, performance reviews and day-to-day management support. Coach staff through field mentoring, joint employer engagement, reflective practice and targeted development plans. Carry a small caseload when required to maintain service continuity, support operational gaps and deliver in-work support. Performance, Data and Quality Assurance Monitor individual, team and borough-level performance against KPIs, job outcome targets and service standards. Use data, reporting systems and quality checks to identify trends, manage risk and improve delivery. Prepare clear reports, briefings and professional presentations for internal and external stakeholders. Support fidelity reviews, action planning and continuous improvement activity across the service. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with organisational, commissioner and contract requirements. Partnerships, Employer Engagement and Community Presence Build and maintain productive relationships with employers, commissioners, NHS and health partners, community organisations and local stakeholders. Champion employment as a route to recovery, inclusion and independence for service users. Support Employment Specialists to develop strong employer engagement plans and identify suitable job opportunities. Promote co-production, service user voice and meaningful involvement in service development. About You We are looking for a confident, organised and values-led Employment Specialist Team Leader with the ability to balance people leadership, operational delivery and partnership working. Essential Criteria Experience leading, supervising or mentoring staff within employment support, health, social care, mental health, community services or a related field. Strong understanding of the IPS model, or demonstrable experience supporting people with complex barriers, high needs or social exclusion into employment or improved outcomes. Proven ability to meet targets, manage performance and deliver high-quality services in a busy operational environment. Strong IT, data analysis and reporting skills, including confidence working with complex performance information. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write concise reports, deliver presentations and represent the service professionally.
