You ll provide expert financial support across business planning, treasury and development accounting for the Group. It will provide strategic leadership of the treasury function and development finance, ensuring optimal funding, strong investor and lender relationships, and full compliance with covenants and regulatory requirements, while aligning capital structure and liquidity with long-term business and development plans. Working collaboratively across the organisation, you will help produce an Investment and Financial Plan that supports both social and business objectives and underpins the long-term financial sustainability of the organisation through robust financial forecasting. What you ll do: Develop and maintain the Group s 30-year financial plan, including risk analysis, stress testing and regulatory compliance. Lead day-to-day treasury management, including cashflow forecasting, debt, banking relationships, covenant compliance and securitisation. Ensure adherence to treasury strategy and policy, with regular reporting to the Audit and Risk Committee. Oversee regulatory reporting, including quarterly returns and the Financial Forecast Return (FFR). Lead financial appraisals for development, acquisition and regeneration projects, while improving controls, team performance and income recovery. Who you are: CCAB/CIMA or treasury qualified, with a strong commitment to CPD. Strong experience in social housing treasury and stakeholder management with banks, funders and investors. Strong financial stewardship with knowledge of controls, compliance, accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Advanced IT skills, including Excel, and experience using systems such as Brixx and ProVal. Strong analytical, communication and influencing skills, with the ability to present complex information to non-finance stakeholders and senior audiences. Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to motivate teams, manage competing priorities and perform effectively under pressure. Apply now! You ll support the Strategic Lead Treasury and Development in delivering a comprehensive business planning, treasury and development accounting service for the Group. It will assist with day-to-day treasury operations, including cash and liquidity management, loan administration, covenant monitoring and reporting, ensuring compliance with treasury policy, lender requirements and the Regulator of Social Housing s expectations for strong treasury controls. You will also manage credit control and debt recovery across all sales ledgers to maximise income and reduce aged debt across the Group.
