Carry out quality checks throughout the manufacturing process. Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently where required. Support continuous improvement initiatives within the production department. Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment. Comply with all Health & Safety policies and company procedures. Assist across different production areas when required. Requirements Minimum of 2 years' experience within a manufacturing or engineering environment. Previous fitting and assembly experience. Ability to confidently read and interpret engineering drawings, including Third Angle Projection drawings. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Able to work independently as well as part of a team. Good problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines. Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
