You will be part of a team who are responsible for the housing regeneration project. Working within a multi-disciplinary environment you will be responsible for delivering a few key projects, in particular a 5m non-traditional house refurbishment project which involves the over cladding on timber houses, renewing roofs and adding new photovoltaic panels. The post will involve day to day contract administration duties. To be considered for the role you have the following: Minimum 5 years experience within an Architectural practice or Local authority Strong technical knowledge, design ability and attention to detail Job running and contract administration experience. Good understanding of UK Building Regulations Proficiency in AutoCAD Ability to manage projects and work independently Excellent communication and reporting skills Full UK driving licence This is a hybrid working position with attendance on site and office when required. Contracted hours are 35 hours per week.
