Position: Pharmacy Dispenser/ ACT Start Date: ASAP Working pattern: 4 nights on, 4 nights off Shift Time: 9pm - 9am Payment: 12 hours paid per shift which includes 1 hour break, 30 minutes of which is paid Rates: Dispenser - £16.52 PAYE or £19.00 Umbrella PAYE What you'll be doing: Work onsite at our warehouse facility located just outside Coventry, ensuring the safe and compliant dispensing of medications. Use our secure Electronic Health Records (EHR) system to process prescriptions and maintain confidentiality. Accurately check prescriptions against protocols set by the Medical Team, ensuring all requirements are met for safe supply. Prepare medications and liaise with the warehouse team to ensure timely dispatch. Record concise and accurate notes in patient records as required. Follow operational protocols for prescription processing and escalate issues as needed. Engage in team training and meetings to stay updated on procedures and best practices. You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team focused on delivering high-quality, family-centred care to support children's functional independence and participation in daily life. Key Responsibilities: Carry out comprehensive OT assessments for children with a variety of needs (e.g. sensory processing, fine/gross motor difficulties, coordination challenges, etc.). Develop and implement individualised therapy plans and interventions. Work collaboratively with our Team and families, to support the child's development and goals. Maintain accurate clinical records and contribute to multi-agency reports as required. Support service improvement and participate in team meetings and supervision. Requirements: Degree or equivalent qualification in Occupational Therapy. HCPC registration. Experience working with children and young people in a clinical, educational, or community setting.
