MANAGEMENT TRAINER Working from home Permanent Full time Up to 37,000 DOE There is a management trainer who just imparts knowledge and there is a management trainer who inspires their learners and challenges them to go beyond what the individual thought possible through effective coaching. The latter is the sought of management trainer we are looking for. You'd be working for a very well established training provider who has successfully made a name and reputation for themselves as a provider of exceptional management training. As a Management Trainer you'd be working with managers who wish to learn the key essentials of becoming an effective manager but also take the next step into leadership. You'll be delivering Management level 3 and 5 to a cohort of learners within mainly blue chip organisations. There will be some well known company names to add to your CV. Working closely with your learners you'll be delivering Management Master Classes via teams in addition to one to one coaching sessions. Management Trainers in this organisation work colaboratively with the learners' employers and regular client meetings are structured to ensure client satisfaction and to check on the ongoing progress of your learners within the work place. As a Management Trainer, you'll be offered regular feedback on your own performance so you too will benefit from continual professional development and the ability to enhance your skill set. It is vital your abilities are constantly developed. Whilst this is essentially a Management Trainer role, there is the option ot deliver other subjects either commercially or as part of this training provider's apprenticeship programme offerings. To apply for the role of Management Trainer: A formal business or management qualification to level 5 - such as HND, Foundation degree, ILM or CMI level 5, degree etc. Previous, recent experience delivering apprenticeships. A formal training or assessing qualification desirable. Previous experience in a managerial role. It is important that you are able to use your own experiences to contextualise your training. You will be working autonomously so you must be self motivated and have a dedicated, quiet work space at home.

AAT Student Mentor Full time, permanent, 100% remote If you are an experienced accounts person with formal accountancy qualifications (AAT level 3 or above) had you thought about becoming a mentor to AAT students? Maybe you have done some training or mentoring or induction training at work and enjoyed the satifaction providing people with new skills brings. It would be a permanent role and the start of a career journey to become an AAT Tutor. You would initially support AAT Students with their studies, this would allow you to learn the curriculum fully and gain the skills necessary to be a professional AAT Tutor. As an AAT Student Mentor, you would be allocated a coach who would support you through your studies and progression into becoming an AAT Tutor. You will have the opportunity to study for assessing and training qualifications. Becoming an AAT Student Mentor is just the first step on the career ladder. Great career prospects are offered for this role. You'd be working for a training provider who is approved by AAT to deliver their qualifications. High standards are demanded. DATA ANALYST - up to £45,000 Remote Permanent Full time If you are an experienced Data Analyst who has had experience of coaching and mentoring people, either at work, within education or within a sports setting, had you thought about using your expertise within Data Analysis to train other people? Becoming a Trainee Data Analyst Tutor is the first step on the career ladder to becoming a Data Analyst professional Tutor. You would gain training and assessing qualifications. It will take nine to 12 months to become fully trained so this must be viewed as a career choice and not a stop gap. Once a qualified Data Analyst Tutor, a great career structure awaits and the great news is that because you are teaching people, you would need to keep your skills completely up to date with progress within the subject matter. You'd be training, coaching and mentoring Data Analysts who are studying for their level 3 and 4 Data Analyst apprenticeship. As a Data Analyst Trainee Tutor your caseload of learners would all be in employment, working as Data Analysts and gaining qualifications as part of their job. You would be working for an award winning training provider who are approved to deliver Data Analyst Apprenticeships level 3 - 4. You personally, would receive first class train the trainer support and mentoring and study for professional training and assessing qualifications. The role is full time permanent. Your interaction with learners would be during office hours and not evenings and weekends. The role is fully remote, but as a Data Analyst Trainee Tutor you wouild need to be UK based so that you can attend continual professional development events. Required for the Role of Data Analyst Trainee Tutor: Recent experience within Data Analysis. As you will be teaching Data Analysts you must understand the subject and have experience within the subject matter. You need to know more than your learners A formal IT or business related qualification to level 4 or above - such as a level 4 apprenticeship or a degree. You must possess a genuine desire to support and help your learners. You will need a dedicated work space at home where you can work undisturbed. You must be a clear, confident communicator - both written and spoken.
