Job Title: Change Lead Location: UK (Hybrid - up to 3 days onsite/travel, primarily across the Midlands) Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 + 10% Bonus + Benefits Overview We are seeking an experienced and proactive Change Lead to drive and manage change activities across key transformation programmes. This role will take ownership of change management for the team, ensuring successful adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working across the business. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage end-to-end change management activities across programmes and projects Develop and Run effective change strategies aligned to business objectives Create clear, structured plans to support the transition from current state to future state Collaborate closely with cross-functional business teams to ensure alignment and engagement Deliver crticial communications and stakeholder engagement initiatives Assess change impacts across business areas and define appropriate mitigation strategies Support and guide leadership teams through change initiatives Monitor adoption, readiness, and effectiveness of change interventions Skills & Experience Proven experience in a Change Lead or Change Management role within transformation programmes Strong ability to develop and implement change strategies and plans Experience working across multiple business functions such as sales, finance, and supply chain Understanding of end-to-end business processes across core operational areas Experience with SAP environments is desirable; other ERP system experience will also be considered Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to work independently and influence at all levels of the organisation Strong organisational and problem-solving capabilities Work Model Hybrid working with up to 3 days onsite/travel Travel primarily within the Midlands region Benefits 25 days annual leave 4% pension contribution Birthday leave Company mobile telephone 10% annual bonus Why Apply? Tech Commodity Trading Manager - IT Consulting Location: London, UK Conexus has partnered with a leading global consultancy to find an experienced Manager with a strong background in IT Consulting and Commodity Trading to join its Energy & Utilities practice. This role offers the opportunity to lead transformation initiatives at the intersection of business, technology, and trading operations. You will advise a diverse client base, including utilities, international oil companies, merchant traders, renewable developers, and digital trading start-ups, on how to optimise and modernise their IT landscapes. Projects span classical ETRM implementations, cloud-based platforms, real-time risk management, and digital/AI solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of IT transformation projects in energy trading. Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, shaping IT strategy and trading capabilities. Manage cross-functional teams and drive client engagement. Develop and implement solutions across the energy trading value chain. Contribute to practice development and thought leadership. Required Experience & Qualifications Around 10 years of professional experience in IT consulting and project delivery. Deep expertise in Energy Trading IT systems (e.g., Endur, Allegro, Openlink). Strong understanding of short-term trading, market access, and data-centric platforms. Experience with international energy companies or commodity trading firms. Bachelor's degree in a STEM field (Computer Science preferred); Master's degree or certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile, Cloud) are a plus. Technical & Domain Expertise ETRM systems, market data platforms, and trading operations. Cloud-based architectures (Azure, AWS), APIs, microservices. Real-time data, forecasting, optimization, and algorithmic trading. Regulatory compliance (REMIT, EMIR) and risk frameworks (VaR, credit risk).
