This role is vital in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services while supervising our Care Assistants. Based in a supportive environment, you will play a key role in enhancing the lives of our clients across various settings. Responsibilities Supervise and support Care Assistants in delivering exceptional care to clients. Conduct regular field visits to ensure compliance with care plans and quality standards. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and staff to address any concerns or needs. Assist in developing and reviewing care plans tailored to individual client requirements. Provide training and guidance to new staff members on best practices in care delivery. Maintain accurate records of client progress and staff performance. Collaborate with management to improve service delivery and client satisfaction. Requirements Experience in senior care or supervisory roles within the home care sector is essential. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a team. NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and staff. Familiarity with care plans and regulatory requirements is preferred. Proficient IT skills for documentation and reporting purposes. A valid UK driving license is essential for this role.
