With a 50/50 split between workshop-based work in the West Midlands and international travel, you ll play a vital role in ensuring systems are deployed, maintained, and operated to the highest standards. What You'll Be Doing as a Service Engineer This role combines technical expertise with real-world application. You ll be responsible for commissioning, servicing, and supporting specialist systems both in-house and on-site around the world. Key responsibilities for the Service Engineer include: Commission and maintain systems at HQ and at customer sites Deliver on-site technical support and problem-solving Represent the business with professionalism and technical clarity Communicate effectively with customers and technical teams Feed back insights from the field to improve systems and processes Support internal build activities and learn core machining skills About You We re looking for someone who is practical, professional, and proactive with a passion for engineering and a readiness to travel. Trainee Field Service Engineer - Bristol Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Field Service Engineer to join our clients expanding team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to kick-start their engineering career. The successful candidate will receive comprehensive training and mentorship, gaining hands-on experience in various engineering projects while contributing to the success of their organisation. This role is Monday - Friday and will include a Saturday once a month. This role will be covering the Bristol area. Duties of the Trainee Field Service Engineer Assist Engineers in repairing and maintaining commercial equipment. Conduct research and analysis to support project objectives.
