We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Care Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a well-established elderly, residential care home with a good rating, supporting 60 residents based in Hounslow, West London . This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate leader who is committed to delivering outstanding person-centred care, maintaining high standards, and developing a motivated and professional care team. As Registered Care Manager , you will be responsible for ensuring the home operates efficiently, safely, and in compliance with all relevant regulations while promoting a positive and supportive environment for residents, families, and staff. Key Responsibilities Provide strong leadership and management to the care home team. Oversee the day-to-day management of the care home Ensure the highest standards of person-centred care are delivered at all times. Oversee care planning, risk assessments, and safeguarding procedures. Manage staffing, recruitment, training, supervision, and performance. Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards. Monitor budgets, resources, and occupancy levels effectively. Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams. Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills. Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle. A fully enhanced DBS either registered on the DBS update service or willing to do one. Desirable Experience managing a medium to large residential care service.
