The Role We are seeking an experienced Fabric Maintenance Engineer with a strong background in commercial building maintenance. The successful candidate will be responsible for both planned and reactive maintenance across various commercial sites in London and the M25 area. Key Responsibilities: • General Building Maintenance Ensuring commercial properties remain in excellent condition • Plumbing & Carpentry Handling repairs, installations, and modifications • Grounds Work & Minor Repairs Maintaining exterior and interior facilities • Health & Safety Compliance Ensuring all work meets industry safety standards • Emergency Repairs & Reactive Maintenance Providing timely solutions to urgent issues What We Need from You: • Minimum of 2 Years Experience in the facilities maintenance industry • Exceptional Workmanship Ability to maintain high-quality standards • Strong Health & Safety Knowledge Committed to compliance and best practices • Full UK Driving Licence Held for at least 5 years • Good Communication Skills Ability to liaise with clients and colleagues effectively Desirable (But Not Essential): • Previous experience as a Mobile Fabric Engineer, Multi-Trade Operative, Maintenance Engineer, Field Service Engineer, or Service Technician • Certifications in relevant trades or facilities management training Your Working Hours: • Standard hours: 8 AM 5 PM, Monday to Friday • Occasional early starts, late finishes, and weekend work may be required How to Apply If you are ready to step into a role with great pay, excellent benefits, and long-term career prospects, click apply now and send us your updated CV.
