Location: one of the Group's offices (Cyprus - preferred; London, Switzerland) Reporting to: Group CEO This is a great opportunity for an experienced IT professional with financial industry experience to join a well-established family office holding in one of its international offices. The objectives of the role are: to establish and develop the Group's global IT function across 4+ jurisdictions, to implement end-to-end process automation (including the use of AI) across all business units, to ensure uninterrupted and secure operation of all client-facing and internal operational platforms, critical to the wealth and asset management business, to maintain and evolve IT infrastructure in line with regulatory requirements (FCA, CySEC, FINMA, ADGM, etc.) and leading international security standards. Responsibilities IT Strategy and Architecture Develop a unified IT strategy aligned with the Group's business strategy. Design and implement the target architecture for ERP, Data Systems, Workflow Automation, and Client Platforms. Automation and Digitalisation Build and execute the roadmap for process automation (middle/back office, financial control, reporting, client onboarding). Introduce AI-based solutions for data processing, transaction monitoring, KYC/AML processes, and client services. Operational Platforms Oversee all systems supporting client services and internal operations. Ensure high availability, resilience, and scalability. Develop and regularly test Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP) and business continuity frameworks. Cybersecurity and Compliance Implement and maintain standards such as ISO27001, SOC2, GDPR, PCI DSS. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (FCA, CySEC, FINMA, ADGM, etc.). Conduct ongoing risk monitoring and IT audits. Vendor and Outsourcing Management Manage Managed Service Providers and external IT partners. Optimise IT-related costs and procurement processes. Enforce strict SLA adherence and performance-driven vendor management. Business Alignment Integrate IT with the financial function (budgeting, management accounting, consolidation). Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, and Operations teams to align IT solutions with business requirements. Provide regular reporting to the CEO and Board of Directors. Team and Leadership Build and develop the global IT function (internal team + external partners). Promote a culture of innovation, cyber hygiene, and accountability. Ensure high employee engagement and performance. Key skills Experience: 10-15+ years in IT, at least 7 years in a senior leadership role. Mandatory experience in the financial industry (Wealth/Asset Management, banking, fintech). Proven track record in ERP, Data Systems implementation, process automation, and integration with banking APIs. Hands-on experience working with regulators and successful IT audit outcomes. Knowledge and Skills: Strong understanding of multi-jurisdictional IT systems and regulatory requirements. Expertise in hybrid infrastructures (cloud + on-premise). Deep knowledge of international data security and IT governance standards. Ability to integrate AI solutions into business processes. Education: Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Additional certifications (ITIL, CISSP, PMP, ISO27001 Lead Implementer) are a plus. Languages: English - fluent (mandatory). Russian - a plus. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Reduction of IT incidents and downtime to the target level ( 100% coverage of critical processes with automation within 2-3 years. Successful ERP/DS implementation on time and within budget. Full compliance with all regulators during external audits. Reduced IT costs while improving efficiency (TCO/ROI).
