Post-trial, you'll manage product information like re-heat instructions, sensory assessments, freeze suitability, and quality standards to ensure a seamless product launch. Be part of the action! Attend product photography sessions and prep for exciting new product launches. Get hands-on with recipe and equipment setup to ensure every new product is ready for production. Visit supplier sites to build relationships and ensure that raw materials meet the required standards. Liaise directly with customers , ensuring their needs are met and building strong partnerships. Who We re Looking For: Ideally, 2 years experience in food manufacturing, processes, and equipment OR you could be a recent Food Technology graduate or someone with relevant placement experience. A true passion for food development and a keen eye for detail. Qualification in Food Technology or a related field. Experience with HACCP (training will be provided) and a Food Hygiene Certificate (training provided too!). A driving license and access to your own transport (you ll be visiting supplier sites and other locations occasionally).
