Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 + commission (OTE 45-55K) Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (9am 5pm) plus one Saturday morning every six weeks (9am 1pm) We are currently recruiting for an organised, professional, and customer-focused individual to join a busy Lettings and Property Management team in Chipping Norton. Houseman (Front of House & Estate Support) A private family estate in the North Cotswolds is seeking a reliable and professional individual to join their household team. This is a varied and hands-on role that combines front of house service, household support, and light estate duties, ensuring the smooth running of the home and a warm, welcoming environment for the family and their guests. Key Responsibilities Front of house service: setting tables, polishing silverware, preparing dining areas, and serving meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner). Welcoming and serving guests, including cocktails and drinks service. Coordinating with the chef to support meal service, including clearing and rubbish/recycling duties. Maintaining family and social areas, ensuring they are tidy, comfortable, and ready for use. Assisting with weekend routines (collecting papers, lighting/tidying fireplaces). Seasonal set-up and breakdown of entertaining areas and coordinating with the gardening team for outdoor spaces. Pet care (including occasional overnight stays).
