To join them and assist on a refurbishment scheme in East Devon, they are in need of a competent and diligent Working Supervisor with a trade background. In addition to having a relevant project history, the usual SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS & First aid at work will be required together with good communication, excellent H & S awareness and a willingness to lead from the front. You should be as happy managing your own trades workload or being hands on as you are managing the wider scheme's delivery and site team.
