The Role Position: Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor Location: Site-based in Guildford, Surrey Project: Multi-million-pound Section 278 highways scheme, including: Bulk earthworks Surfacing and kerbing works Greenfield / brand-new road construction Duration: Main scheme runs until end of 2027, with additional bolt-on highway improvement works and further tenders providing 3+ years of secured work. You will take commercial responsibility for the project, working closely with the Senior Commercial Manager and project team to ensure accurate cost control, valuations, and contract administration.
