Contract Details Location: Remote Duration: 5 months OUTSIDE IR35 Role Title Incorta Developer/Data Engineer Overview We are looking for an experienced Incorta Developer/Data Engineer to support reporting and analytics delivery for an organisation using Oracle E-business Suite . The role will focus on extracting, modelling, and visualising data within Incorta , enabling Real Time insights across finance, HR, and operational datasets. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain data models within Incorta Extract and ingest data directly from Oracle EBS tables Build dashboards, reports, and visualisations for business users Optimise performance of large datasets within Incorta Work closely with Finance/HR/Supply Chain stakeholders Translate business requirements into technical reporting solutions Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance Support ad-hoc reporting and analytics requests Core Skills & Experience Essential Strong hands-on experience with Incorta (development + modelling) Proven experience working with Oracle EBS data structures Strong SQL skills (querying large datasets) Experience building dashboards and analytics solutions Understanding of ERP data (Finance, Procurement, Projects etc.) Experience with data ingestion and transformation concepts Desirable Experience with Oracle Cloud (Fusion) Knowledge of BI tools (eg Power BI, Tableau) Data warehousing background (nice to have, not essential) Experience in Higher Education/Public Sector (if relevant to your client) Tech Environment Oracle EBS (source system) Incorta (analytics layer) SQL Potential integration with other BI tools

We are looking for an experienced Change Lead to drive the change and engagement strategy for a large-scale Oracle Fusion finance transformation programme. This is a key leadership role focused on the people side of change, ensuring successful adoption of new systems, processes and ways of working across a complex organisation. Key Responsibilities Lead and deliver the overall Change & Engagement strategy across the programme Drive stakeholder engagement, communication, and adoption across multiple business areas Conduct change impact assessments, readiness assessments, and stakeholder analysis Build and manage relationships with senior stakeholders and programme leadership Lead and develop a team of Change and Engagement specialists Establish change governance, reporting, and success measures Embed change management into programme design, delivery, and decision-making Support business readiness, transition planning, and post go-live adoption Skills & Experience Proven experience leading change on large-scale ERP or digital transformation programmes Strong experience within Oracle Fusion, SAP, Workday or similar enterprise platforms Expertise in change methodologies (eg Prosci, ADKAR, APMG) Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive engagement Experience delivering organisation-wide change across complex environments Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Experience building change capability, managing resistance, and driving adoption Additional Information Fixed-term contract (salaried) Hybrid working (3 days per week on site) Long-term transformation programme through to 2027

We are seeking a Finance Data Analyst for a 5-month contract, working 3 days per week on site. The role involves data analysis and data mapping from an existing chart of accounts to a new chart of accounts. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of how the chart of accounts functions in Oracle EBS and Fusion, with proven experience of being part of an implementation from EBS to Fusion.
