Reporting to the Programme & Student Services Manager, the post holder ensures smooth day-to-day operations, accurate student records, and clear communication between staff and students. The role involves managing a wide range of administrative processes, maintaining compliance with institutional and regulatory requirements, and contributing to a positive student experience.
