This role sits within the Innovation team and blends data work, application support, integrations and small enhancements. You will help modernise systems across the organisation while keeping day to day operations running smoothly. IT Engineer (2nd-3rd Line) Caerphilly On-site (5 days, 1 WFH day after probation) £30-40,000 + £3,600 bonus We're looking for a skilled IT Engineer to join a busy technical team, providing 2nd-3rd line support while also getting involved in project delivery. This is a role with plenty of variety, where you'll handle escalations, work across infrastructure and cloud, and develop your skills further with training and certifications supported.
