Reporting to the Venue Manager, the Shift Manager will be responsible for ensuring daily operational plans are fulfilled by ensuring that relevant tasks and objectives are being carried out by the team and that team are in the right place at the right time to ensure we can manage fluctuating guest demand whilst keeping operational standards and guest experience high. You will support and coach the team to ensure the deliver a great experience and are also driving any key targets such as add on sales or promotions. The Technical Support Team are an integral part of the Entertainment Team providing support to in house and external shows alike. Great audio is important with any entertainment. Within Butlin's our sound engineers require the skills to move from theatrical style spoken word, to a full band set. Our team are looking for experience in live operating experience - sound engineer Alan and Heath desk knowledge preferred/desirable. Working alongside a fantastic team, we will support you every step of the way to ensure you gain the skills and confidence to truly get stuck in. Looking for progression? Our resorts are open in the week and during the weekend so you will need some flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
