My well established Client is urgently recruiting for a proactive and customer-focused IT Technician to join their team for an initial 8 weeks, possibly longer and possibly permanent. Reporting to the Technology Lead and Service Delivery Lead, you'll provide first-line IT support, help maintain their IT infrastructure, and assist with the delivery of technology projects across the business. Key Responsibilities Provide first-line IT support via phone, email and the helpdesk system. Troubleshoot hardware, software and user issues, escalating where necessary. Manage IT helpdesk tickets, ensuring timely updates and resolutions. Support user onboarding and offboarding, including device setup, account creation and access management.
