Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced and motivated 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our successful team. This is an exciting opportunity for a recruitment professional who enjoys building lasting relationships, developing new business, and managing the full recruitment cycle from vacancy intake through to successful placement. We have opportunities to for a Primary, Secondary and SEN consultant. The Role As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing and growing your own desk, developing relationships with schools and education professionals, and delivering a high-quality recruitment service across the education sector. You will take ownership of the entire recruitment process, including business development, candidate sourcing, client management, and placement delivery. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with schools, academies, and multi-academy trusts. Generate new business opportunities through proactive sales activity, networking, and referrals. Source, interview, and register high-quality teaching and support staff. Match candidates to suitable vacancies and manage the recruitment process through to placement. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of both candidates and clients. Conduct client visits and attend networking events where required. Negotiate terms and manage client accounts effectively. Ensure compliance with safeguarding and education recruitment requirements. Consistently achieve and exceed agreed targets and KPIs. What We're Looking For Essential: Previous experience working within a recruitment agency environment. Proven experience in a 360 recruitment role, including business development and account management. Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills. A target-driven mindset with a track record of achieving results. Excellent organisational and time-management skills. Desirable: Previous experience recruiting within the education sector. Knowledge of safeguarding and compliance requirements within education recruitment. Existing relationships within the education market.
