Client Services Manager - Construction Harlow Working as an Account Manager, you will act as the primary liaison between clients and in-house teams, ensuring works are delivered in line with contractual requirements, compliance standards, and client expectations. This is a client-facing role suited to someone with experience in a compliance-driven construction environment. Key Responsibilities Serve as the main point of contact for clients across projects. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships Attend client meetings, framework reviews, progress updates, and pre-start meetings to support project managers and the delivery team Monitor contract performance against KPIs and agreed programmes Coordinate with operations, compliance, and commercial teams to ensure smooth delivery Relay client feedback internally and escalate risks or issues where necessary Identify opportunities to improve service delivery or expand works within existing accounts Produce basic account reports, progress updates, and client communications Support clients in understanding compliance requirements and the importance of fire safety Ideal Candidate Background in construction or fire doors, or passive fire protection, housing association or similar or housing developer companies. Strong client-facing, communication, and relationship-building skills Comfortable managing multiple accounts and priorities Organised, professional, and commercially aware Package & Benefits £35,000 - £38,000 per annum (depending on experience) Hybrid working is available once fully trained Structured onboarding and training period Company benefits package (details provided upon offer) Long-term career progression within a growing specialist contractor
