Receptionist Team Leader We are currently recruiting on behalf of a top tier global law firm based close to St Pauls. They are seeking a Receptionist Team Leader to join their London team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative and client focused team working in stunning offices. You'll be a natural leader, supporting the front of house manager with a range of supervisory and operational support. Duties include: Produce weekly rota's and sickness covers Attend team meetings and record minutes Act as a training champion, supervise teams, and find improvements to processes Maintain high levels of communication and monitor appearance standards Ensure every client is receiving a first-class service The firm are keen to find a Reception Supervisor or Manager currently working in a legal environment. You'll be forward thinking, highly communicative, and have excellent people skills. You will have demonstrable supervisory skills. This is a permanent role with a salary up to c£55,000 plus benefits.
