Service Delivery Manager Permanent Contract: 37 hrs p/w (min 30 hrs) - £32,500 - £35,000 p/a FTE A key operational leadership role responsible for managing front line, client facing teams and ensuring high quality service delivery across our advice and non-advice contracts with multiple funders. You ll manage performance, support staff development and make sure services meet contract and organisational standards. As part of the Operational Leadership Team, you ll join 6 other operational managers who work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to drive continuous improvement and contribute to new business opportunities. You ll take a hands on approach, where your work directly improves service delivery and creates impact.
