HR Manager - Dungannon - £50-70K Overview Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to act as the right-hand support to the Director. This is a hands-on and strategic role, ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys working closely with leadership and department heads to drive organisational success. The HR Manager will play a key part in shaping people strategy, overseeing day-to-day HR operations, and ensuring the business has the right people, structure, and culture to achieve its goals. Key Responsibilities: Partner with the Directors to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives. Lead on succession planning , ensuring a clear structure for talent development and future leadership needs. Work closely with department heads to identify, diagnose, and solve organisational or people-related issues , offering practical and effective solutions. Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle , including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. Oversee seasonal workforce planning and management , ensuring smooth onboarding, compliance, and retention of temporary staff. Support and coach managers in HR best practices, policies, and performance management. Ensure compliance with employment law and company policies. Maintain accurate HR records and oversee HR systems and reporting. Promote a positive and engaging workplace culture focused on collaboration, development, and accountability. Skills and Experience: Proven experience in a senior HR role, ideally within a fast-paced or seasonal business. Strong background in succession planning and talent management. Demonstrated ability to partner with leadership and department heads to deliver strategic HR solutions. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and influencing skills. Confident managing both permanent and seasonal employees. Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice. CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) or equivalent experience preferred. Personal Attributes: Proactive, solutions-focused, and commercially minded. Approachable and collaborative, with strong interpersonal skills. Able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. High integrity, discretion, and commitment to continuous improvement. Maintenance Electrician - Dungannon £20/hr (£40K/annum) 5 days a week (Will include some weekends. Shifts discussed at interview stage) Undertake electrical maintenance cover for production to ensure that breakdowns and other issues are resolved promptly, and downtime is minimised. Utilise system to ensure that all Active Maintenance work is logged, recorded and closed. Utilise the Maintenance Request Data Base to ensure that all Reactive Maintenance work is logged, recorded and closed. Undertake project work through from installation to commissioning to ensure changes are implemented to the plan and refined if necessary. Provide technical support within the engineering department, to other operational departments and external contractors to ensure that the best solutions are identified and implemented. Attend and contribute to team meetings which drive departmental performance in order to support continuous improvement and sustainability initiatives. Follow all site rules relating to health & safety, environment and quality to ensure that we remain compliant with all legislation and internal procedures. Health and Safety Officer - Dungannon - Salary Negotiable Purpose of the role: To support the Company in implementing Health & Safety Policies & Procedures and meeting all legal obligations whilst ensuring the Health, Safety and well-being of our workforce. Responsibilities: Adhere and work towards the company core values. Adhere to all company policies and procedures outlined in employee handbook.
