You should have a strong technical background with experience of working with IT & technology stakeholders. You will have an understanding of Agile methodologies and exposure to working with software engineering teams. What you'll be doing You will be the focal point for product knowledge working closely with the software development and operational teams Working with and gathering requirements from key internal stakeholders - within IT and the wider business Networking within the business to define and shape requirements Requirements elicitation, analysis, interpretation, and documentation Analysis of business processes and systems Reviewing operational resilience Thorough investigation of technical and operational performance Mapping out of products and services, both internal and external What's in it for you?
