About The Role The Role Based at The Northern Ireland Boys' Brigade Headquarters, in Culcavy, the Admin Assistant will report to the Engagement and Training Manager This role involves a variety of duties which aim to provide administrative support for the delivery of programmes, events and activities across the Organisation. We are seeking an experienced Bench Joiner to join our busy joinery manufacturing workshop, working closely with our in-house design team to produce high quality bespoke furniture, retail fixtures, shop fittings and window displays. This role offers a high level of variety and creativity, ideal for someone who enjoys working with different materials, experimenting with new finishes, and taking pride in delivering well-crafted joinery. About The Role Duties will include the manufacture of bespoke fixtures using standard joinery techniques, such as constructing MDF units, laminating, and preparing items for painting or the application of graphics. The role will also involve assisting with the installation of fixtures at client premises, primarily within retail environments, as part of an installation team. You will work collaboratively within the wider workshop team to ensure projects are completed on time, to specification, and to a consistently high standards, while maintaining safe working practices at all times.
