As Digital Marketing Manager, your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute effective digital marketing strategies to generate leads through various channels, including Google Ads, email marketing and direct channels. Your goal is to drive targeted traffic, increase brand awareness, and maximize lead generation to support our business objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing tactics, data analysis, and the ability to optimise campaigns for optimal performance across multiple channels. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. • Proven experience (min 2 years) as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role, preferably in the financial services industry. • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tactics, including Google Ads, SEO, email marketing, and direct marketing channels. • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools, such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, marketing automation platforms, and email marketing software. • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. • Strong project management and organizational skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities: Customer Support Be the first port of call to answer all inbound or outbound calls. Guide customers through the application process where required. Conduct Introductory Calls to gain further information around the purpose of their loan request Inputting data into our custom-built management platform, as the applicant speaks with you You will be required to review financial accounts and bank statements to build an indicative offer for the broker Management of on-going leads and new applications as well as taking on new applications

In this role you will be given the opportunity to develop your understanding of the business processes, risks and controls. The role will be supporting the Internal Audit Manager to perform and deliver end-to-end audits of different processes, risks, governance and controls as well as managing the internal audit systems and related paperwork. Desirable Skills Business knowledge advantageous Able to apply the Internal Audit conduct rules (confidentiality, integrity, competence, transparency and objectivity). Microsoft Office skills to include Excel, word and power point essential. Exposure to Accounting and operational systems desirable. Inquisitive mind to stimulate the natural disposition for quantitative analysis. Logic and determination to support the practical approach to problem solving. Shares openly ideas and opinions and not afraid to challenge and lead change in the environment as well as adjusting to it. Ability to read procedures and translate them to process mapping. Good team player Comfortable working under pressure.
