As Project Manager, you will act as the primary point of contact for the client and support with responsibility for the successful delivery of the project. About you: The ideal candidate will hold an NVQ Level 4, HND, or Degree in a construction, development, or project management-related subject. About You You will need to be a self-motivated person, with demonstrable experience of commercial management of residential construction projects. An understanding and insight into multi-occupancy residential buildings is desirable and it s essential that you can manage your time effectively to balance competing priorities and be able to communicate effectively in person, in writing and via remote / digital means such as telephone and online meetings.
