In this role you will be working on projects for Scottish Power and other civils works. You will likely be looking after a few projects at any one time. In order to be suitable you will be an experienced QS from a civil engineering background. Experience working within the power industry would be beneficial. Site Manager required on a permanent basis for a large project in Kinross, due to kick off early January, for a very large contractor within Scotland. The project in question is a large substation, so ideally the candidate must have a civil engineering background as well as some energy/power experience. Future works are all within the renewables sector. The candidate should have a degree or minimum HND in construction or civil engineering, a full driving license, CSCS and SMSTS. Salary is negotiable depending on experience however the client does provide a very healthy package. Groundworks squad required for large sub-contractor for projects in the central belt. Candidates must have worked with one another for some time, and any machine tickets would be beneficial. Projects are mainly focusing on groundworks for residential and commercial build projects throughout the central belt. Rates are negotiable, and there are immediate starts there for the correct candidates. Alternatively, the client would be willing to wait for the correct squad if they were currently working.
