Water / Civil Site Manager is required on an exciting new project with Southern Water. They are looking for top-tier talent to ensure our operations run smoothly and professionally through all stages of the Asset Lifecycle Process. We are in search of a skilled temporary Site Manager to join our team to work on a large water project in Southampton. Scope of Works: Development of Health, Safety, and Environmental Management Plans for water distribution project. Guaranteeing defect-free water & civil construction works. Considering the needs of local communities and the public. RAMS Managing, supervising, and mentoring the site team. Hiring trained and experienced site operatives. Promoting cost-efficient management and resource use. Preparing, reviewing, and updating project schedules. Preparing and reviewing safety method statements and risk assessments. Conducting site inductions and toolbox talks. Ensuring all equipment is fit for purpose and operated by trained personnel. Preparing records for measurement and payment. Providing "as constructed" records for the Health and Safety File. Experience, Skills, and Requirements: Civil Engineering/Site Management qualifications or a degree in Civil Engineering/Construction Management. Health, Safety, and Environmental Management certification (e.g., IOSH). A valid driving license. CSCS Site Manager certification and First Aid at Work. A strong understanding of engineering principles.
