About the Role Position: Production All-Rounder Location: Midlands Salary: 30,000 - 32,000 Key Responsibilities Operate and manage various printers, including both flatbed and roll-to-roll types Set up and maintain finishing machinery such as cutters and laminators Apply hand finishing techniques to ensure high-quality outputs Assist in the production process, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards Support the team in handling different signage and print projects from start to finish Ideal Candidate Proven experience within the graphics, print, or signage industry, specifically in a production environment Hands-on knowledge of operating a variety of printers and finishing machinery Competence in hand finishing techniques for detailed and precise work Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team Why Join?
