Due to new contract wins , we're looking for an experienced, skilled, and highly motivated PSV Mechanic/Engineer to join our team. The Role: Diagnose, repair, and maintain double-decker buses, coaches, and minibuses to the highest standards Perform routine servicing (oil changes, brake inspections, electrical checks) and complex repairs Fabricate parts when needed (welding experience is a big plus! ) Work both independently and as part of a team , following instructions from the Workshop Director Flexibility is key - you'll work early/late shifts on a weekly rota We Need Someone With: Proven experience as a PSV Mechanic/Engineer (minimum 2+ years) Strong mechanical & diagnostic skills - ability to troubleshoot faults efficiently Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment Physical fitness - able to lift heavy parts and work in a hands-on environment Full UK driving licence (required) A "can-do" attitude - no coasters, time-wasters, or half-effort workers!
