Key Responsibilities Oversee responsive repairs, servicing and maintenance contracts within agreed budgets and standards. Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety requirements, including CDM, risk assessments and certification. Carry out property inspections, surveys, and quality checks, including pre- and post-inspections. Manage contractor performance, chair meetings, review reports, and recommend improvements.
