SEND Teaching Assistant Milk Education are working with a primary school in Billinge (WN5) who are seeking a full-time SEND Teaching Assistant to work 1-2-1 with a child in Year 2 who has Autism and Complex Needs. This role is starting immediately and will be a temporary, long-term role until Friday 19th Dec 2025. The School are looking for someone who is patient, nurturing and accommodating to the child's learning needs for this SEND Teaching Assistant position. The hours of work are 08:30am- 15:30pm, Monday to Friday. This SEND Teaching Assistant role will involve keeping the child on task and ensuring that the work they doing is being done to a good standard. You will be responsible for getting resources ready for the day and ensure the child's needs are being met. In this SEND Teaching Assistant role you will provide a patient and nurturing learning environment for the child.
