Based in Torpoint, Cornwall, this company produce high quality prepared vegetables. From fresh onions to sliced and diced, washed and timed root veg. As with a lot of food production the labour requirements vary through the seasons. With a very high number of temporary workers, they have a work force that lives on site. We need you to be an onsite Coordinator to oversee the day to day site operations when it comes to people and workforce. Living on-site, you will ensure smooth workflow, uphold safety standards, supervise workers and subcontractors, and act as the primary point of contact for site-related staffing. Duties include but not restricted to: Managing labour to meet work flow needs Recruiting Timesheets Health and safety of workforce First Aid certificate People planning and management Problem solving Accommodation facilities Working alongside production planning Living and working on site you will be the link between the factory and the labour supply. Upholding safety standards, ensuring facility issues are fixed promoting a calm and happy working force. Telesales Team Leader This is likely to be a once in a career opportunity. We are setting up a telesales team from scratch and want you to be the team leader! We are building a brand new telesales team and want your skills and experience from the start. A brand new office Brand new equipment Brand new team to be chosen Its working in the business services sector, your team will be booking business to business appointments. They will be ambitious and motivated, just like you. You will support and manage the team to achieve their KPI s whilst maintaining high standards of professionalism and a smile. Located in Peterborough, we have our own free and secure site parking. You will chose and drive the fun loving and hardworking telesales team. Run the day to day of the office, from making calls yourself to managing the team rota. Training and development. Helping the less experienced in closing deals as well as ongoing development for all. The role is fast paced, can you build a team who are hardworking and upbeat?
