Main Purpose of the Role You will work as part of our Quality team to ensure all documentation, certification and supportive reports are produced and kept up to date, working with our Production and technical teams. You will ensure the documentation is of the highest quality and correct to industry standards. You should have a strong background within the Quality function of a manufacturing industry, ideally with experience of working on Aerospace, Nuclear, Defence or other safety critical parts. Main duties include: Working with other departments including Quality, Production, Technical and Commercial to endure high standards of documentation and . Producing reports and documentation around: Certificates of conformity. FAIR (first article inspection reports) packages to customer requirements. DVI Packages (Safran Industrial Validation Package). Customer concession documentation. Purchase Orders. Despatch documentation. Work with internal departments to promote a standard of product and documentation excellence in line with customer requirements. Liaise with customers to process documents and amendments to documentation as required Background and experience Experience of working in a quality department within an manufacturing environment, ideally within metals manufacturing, including Aerospace, Automotive, Power generation sectors Experience of working with a range of quality documentation in a metals manufacturing environment Working knowledge of Excel, Word and windows-based data systems. A good understanding of quality processes and procedures Excellent attention to detail. Main Purpose of the Role The Quality Assurance Manager will lead and will be responsible for ensuring that the company's Quality Management System and it's accreditation is effectively implemented, maintained, and continuously improved across a large metal forging operation. This role leads quality assurance programs covering compliance, audits, process documentation, customer quality requirements, and systemic quality performance. Main duties include: Quality Management System (QMS) - Maintain and develop the company's QMS AS 9100 Rev D, ISO 9001:2015, NADCAP, ISO/IEC 17025:2017 AS/EN9100). Lead the development, revision, and approval of procedures, work instructions, and policies. Internal & External Audits - Plan and conduct internal audits across all operational areas, assessing compliance with process standards. Customer Quality Assurance - Act as a key point of contact for customer quality expectations, documentation, and compliance issues. Prepare and manage customer-required quality submissions. Process Assurance & Documentation - Ensure all manufacturing and inspection processes are properly documented and controlled. Lead control plan development and verification in cooperation with production and engineering. Oversee document control, traceability systems, and version management. Corrective & Preventive Action Management - Lead root-cause analysis and ensure robust corrective actions are implemented. Track effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions across the company. Supplier Quality Assurance - Support supplier assessments, audits, and incoming quality assurance programs. Monitor supplier performance and participate in decisions to approve, develop, or disqualify suppliers. Team leadership - Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Quality Engineers, Customer Quality Officers, Certification Officers. Promote a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement across all levels of the organisation. Training & Quality Culture - Develop and deliver training on quality processes, standards, and documentation requirements. Coordinate quality awareness initiatives to strengthen discipline and adherence to procedures. Data, Reporting & Continuous Improvement - Track and analyse quality metrics (NCRs, audit results, customer complaints, scrap/rework trends). Prepare regular reports for leadership, highlighting risks, systemic issues, and improvement actions. Background and experience Experience in quality management within Aerospace. Quality Management qualification or related field. Strong knowledge of QMS standards (AS 9100 Rev D, ISO 9001:2015, NADCAP, ISO/IEC 17025:2017 AS/EN9100 . Ideally with experience of forging, machining, or metallurgical operations. Experience with auditing the above accreditation (internal or external), control plans, PPAP, and customer compliance. Proficiency in root cause analysis, statistical methods, and quality tools (SPC, MSA, PPAP, PFMEA,APQP). Excellent communications and leadership skills. Joining our team, you will Manage and improve the Non-Conformance register and maintain low NCR dwell time. Instigate and participate in root cause analysis, using tools such as; 3C's, 5WHY's and 8D's. You'll assist in maintaining Nadcap and our customer accreditations. Perform internal audits as well as quality spot checks of in-progress work. Data handling and analysis for use both internally and externally. What are we looking for? Joining us as an experienced Quality Engineer, you will have a strong understanding of quality and inspections procedures. Educated to degree level in a science & engineering discipline or similar, you will be a team player with great organisational, communication and problem-solving skills. Day to day you're going to be a point of contact for quality across the business and a key player in meeting business KPI's. Quality requirements in the industry are always evolving, therefore prior experience of quality systems (preferably ISO9001, AS9100, AS13100, Nadcap) is essential. Due to this continued investment and growth, we are looking to add to our Finance team and we are looking for an experienced Data Analyst. This is a regular days position working 37 hours per week. The Role The Data Analyst will be responsible for gathering data from various sources (e.g., SQL databases, Excel files, cloud services), clean, transform, and model data using Power Query and DAX, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency. You will design and build interactive reports and dashboards in Power BI, use data visualisations to communicate key metrics and insights clearly and you will customise visuals using DAX, bookmarks, slicers, and tooltips. You will perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and outliers, support business decision-making with actionable insights and collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and analytical requirements. Manging data access and security using roles and permissions in Power BI Service, you will ensure compliance with data governance policies and best practices. Working closely with business users, managers, and technical teams to understand data needs, you will present findings and visualisations to non-technical audiences effectively and provide training or support to end-users on how to interact with reports.
