Service Care Solutions are excited to present a fantastic opportunity on behalf of our established client, a leading ADHD service provider, to recruit an ADHD Prescriber .This is a permanent position, available full-time or part-time working remotely across the UK. Job Details Job Title: ADHD Prescriber Contract Type: Permanent - Full/Part-Time (minimum 24 hours per week) Location: Remote Salary: £61,000 per annum FTE Bonus: £1,000 per annum Working from Home Allowance £5,000 Welcome Bonus - paid via our client £1,000 Welcome Bonus - paid via Service Care Solutions Role Purpose As an ADHD Prescriber , you will play a vital role in delivering safe, effective, and evidence-based prescribing for adults with ADHD. Working within a dedicated ADHD service, you will: Independently prescribe ADHD medications in line with NICE guidelines and clinical policies. Manage a defined caseload of patients through titration and long-term treatment. Carry out End of Titration Reviews (EOTRs) and annual medication reviews. Provide clear and supportive clinical communication through digital health platforms. Work collaboratively with Consultant Psychiatrists and wider ADHD teams. Complete risk assessments and safeguard in line with policy. Participate in audits, clinical governance, and service improvement initiatives. Keep accurate, confidential digital clinical records. Stay up to date with prescribing frameworks, safeguarding, and mental health legislation. Essential Qualifications & Experience NMC registered (RMN, RN Adult, RNLD, or RSCN) or GPhC registered Pharmacist with Non-Medical Prescribing qualification Independent & Supplementary Prescribing (V300) qualification. At least 1 year's post-prescribing experience in a Specialist ADHD service (NHS or private). Proven experience prescribing, titrating, reviewing, and managing ADHD medications. General Practitioner (GP) - Virtual Frailty Ward Location: Scarborough Contract: Fixed Term - 24 Months We are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking General Practitioner (GP) to join our pioneering Virtual Frailty Ward team.This innovative service supports older adults living with frailty to receive timely, hospital-level care at home. As a GP within the Virtual Frailty Ward, you will provide expert clinical input to a multidisciplinary team, helping to optimise patient care, reduce avoidable hospital admissions, and promote independence.This role is ideal for a GP with an interest in frailty, urgent care, or community-based integrated services. Provide senior clinical leadership and decision-making within the Virtual Frailty Ward. Undertake assessments of acutely unwell or deteriorating frail patients. Develop and implement holistic, person-centred care plans, including advanced care planning where appropriate. Liaise closely with consultants, ACPs, community nurses, therapists, pharmacists, and social care professionals. Prescribe, monitor, and review medications in line with best practice and patient needs. Contribute to service evaluation, quality improvement initiatives, and education for colleagues and trainees.
