Key to success will be your ability to remain calm when busy, think quickly on your feet, prioritise and be flexible with your workload, work independently and exercise strong judgement. You will be able to deal with internal and external stakeholders and be able to build strong working relationships quickly, confidently engaging with teams to ensure delivery of the Director General's priorities and requests, in a collaborative and creative way. To succeed in this role, you will need the following skills and experience: Strong administration skills or experience providing executive support, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a complex, fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely with a range of audiences.
