Facilities Co-ordinator Monday to Friday 08 00 Location(s) Milton Keynes Job Title: Facilities Coordinator We are recruiting a Facilities Coordinator to join the team located in Milton Keynes . The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the operational delivery of all Facility Management services. Key Tasks Ensure QHSE documentation is maintained and readily available using client CAFM systems e.g. eLogbooks, Hazard Reports, training & competency records. Compliance with and record keeping for ISO 9001/14001 etc. and all Quality Management Systems Actively identify/implement innovation across the contract to enhance performance and continue to meet client expectations. Provides coordination and administrative support for delivery of Workplace Services such as coaching, onboarding, supported employment, communications Services include, but are not limited to: Engineering services (Hard FM), Document Services, Mailroom Services, Office Supply Management, Cleaning Services Conference, meeting, and event management including room booking, coordination, planning as needed May facilitate client program coordination including but not limited to: Community Programs, Pet Programs, Parking/Commuting Program including the local shuttle and bicycle program. Assists the Workplace Experience leadership team with general administrative support including invoice processing, travel arrangements, expense reporting, etc. Requests building and/or equipment services as needed Provides administrative support for Workplace Experience team as directed, including expense management, meeting coordination, office and workplace experience equipment care, and supply management Manages accuracy, production, quality and retention of program materials; which may include administration of SharePoint sites or similar. Commercial Gas / Combustion Service Engineer The Role We are recruiting an experienced Commercial Gas / Combustion Service Engineer to support a prestigious contract. You will be responsible for covering multiple buildings through Oxford completing planned maintenance, reactive works, fault finding and compliance across critical heating, hot water and associated M&E systems. Key Responsibilities Carry out PPM, reactive and breakdown works on commercial gas and combustion plant Provide first-line response to critical heating and hot water systems, including gas pipework Gas testing, purging and safe isolations in line with IGE Regulations and British Standards Fault finding, repair and optimisation of gas appliances, pipework, valves, controls, pumps and associated plant Completion of all statutory paperwork, Gas Safe records, logbooks and electronic documentation Operate Permit to Work and Safe Systems of Work in line with BGIS and client requirements Supervise subcontractors and ensure works are delivered safely and to specification Monitor plant performance via BMS and proactively identify improvements and energy efficiencies Ensure compliance with H&S legislation, KPIs and SLAs at all times Skills & Experience Required Fully qualified Commercial Gas Engineer / Combustion Engineer Current ACS Certification (minimum: Core Safety, Indirect Fired Appliances & Commercial Pipework) City & Guilds or equivalent in Plumbing & Heating Proven experience working on commercial gas and combustion plant Strong fault-finding skills across gas appliances and associated HVAC systems Ability to read and understand electrical schematics for fault diagnosis Experience completing RAMS, permits, job cards and compliance documentation Comfortable working independently in a technically demanding environment Desirable Knowledge Experience working within critical environments (education, healthcare, commercial estates) Working knowledge of HVAC, BMS, LV systems, generators and UPS Understanding of financial control, quotations and materials management
