This is a hands-on supervisory role where you will oversee the safe and accurate loading and unloading of vehicles, ensuring goods and trolleys are handled correctly and efficiently across a busy despatch operation. This is a hands-on supervisory role where you will take ownership of daily order collation, labelling, and trolley building, while leading a team of up to 20 staff and maintaining high operational standards across the despatch function.
