Job Description: Looking for a conveyancing role where you can focus on the legal work - without the pressure of generating files or unrealistic caseload expectations? A growing Fareham-based law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Residential Property Conveyancer to join its expanding property team. This is a role suited to someone who enjoys fee-earning, values good process and client care, and wants to be part of a growing residential property team where there is real opportunity to contribute. The Role: You'll manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, handling a broad mix of freehold and leasehold matters. Work is provided - there is no requirement to bring in clients or develop business. The firm is open to flexible or hybrid working arrangements. Key responsibilities include: Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload independently Progressing matters efficiently with a focus on quality and client experience Dealing directly with clients, agents, lenders and third parties Ensuring files remain compliant throughout the transaction Supporting junior team members where appropriate Keeping the case management system fully up to date What They're Looking For Solicitor, CILEX, Licensed Conveyancer, or an experienced non-qualified conveyancer Minimum of 2 years' residential conveyancing experience Comfortable managing files independently from start to finish Experience with both freehold and leasehold transactions Organised, commercially aware, and calm under pressure Why This Role Stands Out Work is provided - no BD, networking or self-generation Realistic expectations around caseload and timescales Direct access to decision-makers Modern Fareham offices with parking available Flexible / hybrid working considered Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
