What You'll Do -Conduct detailed financial assessments and deliver tailored mortgage advice.-Translate complex products into clear, confidence-building options for clients.-Manage applications from start to finish, fast, accurate, and compliant.-Liaise with lenders, solicitors, and surveyors to ensure smooth completions.-Turn first-time buyers into lifetime clients through outstanding service. What You'll Need -Full CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification.-18-36 months' frontline mortgage experience.-A passion for high-volume casework (25-30 pipelines).-Clear communicator with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.-Target-driven mindset and a strong appetite for commission.-Comfortable adopting AI and digital tools to enhance speed and efficiency.
