Manage the mortgage application process, from initial consultation monitoring through to completion. Liaise with lenders, solicitors, and other third parties to ensure smooth transactions. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mortgage products and market trends. Work collaboratively with our estate agents to convert leads into successful applications. Requirements for a Mortgage Advisor: CeMAP or CII certificate in Mortgage advice qualified. Minimum of 12 months experience as a Mortgage Adviser, must have achieved CAS.
