Senior Finance Business Partner - The Role Drive commercial performance and data insights. Strengthen financial control and reporting. Lead the finance workstream for new contract mobilisation. Improve systems, processes, and automation. Support delivery of Compass MAP (Management & Performance Reporting) plans. What we're looking for: A personable self-starter with the ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and operators alike. Completed qualifications - AAT, Finance Degree or QBE. Excellent Excel and analytical skills with experience using Power BI and SAP. The flexibility to travel and work across different locations as required - car allowance provided. Strong management accounting experience. Experience with financial systems / ERP implementations. Excellent commercial acumen. Proven ability to influence non-finance stakeholders. Excellent communication skills. Able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong project management capability. It's a bonus if you have Experience in hospitality, events, stadium, or multi-site environments. Previous mobilisation or project-based finance experience. Knowledge of contract finance and commercial terms. Full UK driving license.
